I currently have a TT PurePower 420W PSU (+3.3V@30A; +5V@40A; -5V@0.3A; +12V@18A; -12V@0.8A; +5VSB@2A) and I wanted to know if it would be sufficient to run this set up:

Mobo: K7S5A v1.0 (BIOS: 030811)

CPU: Athlon XP-M 3000+ (133x16.5, Barton, taken from a dead laptop)

Cooling: TT Volcano10, 2 reg 80mm case fans

RAM: 2x 1GB Corsair PC3200 @266, 2-3-3-6

GPU: 6800XT @350/850, 12PP, 6VS

Hard Drives: 2x WD 7200 rpm 80GB HD's

PCI: Sound Blaster Audigy4, Linksys lan card

Optical Drives: DVD Burner, CD Burner

This PSU is fine with my current CPU (Athlon XP 2400+, 133*15) but I wanted to know if I would need an upgrade for the more power hungry 3000+ and if I decided to add more case fans and overclock the CPU. If that's the case, I was wondering if this would be a suitable replacement:

My main concern is if it and other new PSUs are compatible with the K7S5A since this PSU is ATX12V v2.01, lacks -5V rail.

Thanks in advance.
