I decide to "upgrade" just the CPU on it. Is there a compatibility list which CPUs are running on the K7S5A (Without overclocking !!!) ? Which are the biggest CPUs for it ? Are mobile CPUs resp. CPUs with low power consum running on it as well?

The biggest is the XP-M 3000+. They work perfectly on this board. All you have to check is the FSB clock. The K7S5A has a 133 FSB, so you a CPU with that rating. Sometimes they say 266 fsb. So Sempron (which are usually 333 fsb) are out of the question if you don't overclock (and even if you want to overclock, it's difficult for the board to overclock that high). JP
