Athlon XP-M will not post |

Hi, I purchased a couple of Athlon XP-M (AXMH1600FQQ3C) and installed in a K7S5A v3.1 board but they fail to post. The board came with a 1000 MHz Duron that
works fine. Is there something I am missing here. The XP-M's where supposed to be new old stock.
