hi after formatting my hd and reinstalling windows xp my task bar clock is running slow. i've been told this is likely the cmos battery running down.

is this something i can replace myself, and if so, which battery do i need and do i need to save/replace/reinstall the bios afterwards?
belarc says i have the honey x bios, unless there is more than one.
