It really depends on what you want to do. If you want to overclock, you'll probably need to get a new PSU.

But before doing that, you should read the PSU section in the Beginner's guide to overclocking the K7S5A (see link at the top of this page). You'll see in that document that it's not necessarily the WATTAGE, it's more the AMPERAGE of each line that is really important.

Maybe your 300W is better than a new 400W.

In the Beginner's guide, there is also a link to a website that allows you to estimate your AMPERAGE needs. It's easy to use that webpage and you'll have a good idea if your 300W is good enough.
