You need AMIBCP. Here's a version that will work. http://www.dorpstraat.com/A928/amibcp76.exe

First, you need to make a 640x480 PCX image with 16 colors, that's 4bit color.

AMIBCP will NOT run in Vista, it will run in DOSBox but you can't do anything because the line where you enter the name of the ROM file is scrambled with weird characters.

All filenames must be in 8.3 format. Make them something easy to remember like BIOS.ROM and LOGO.PCX because you'll be in a full screen DOS session.

Run AMIBCP, load the ROM file then edit BIOS modules. Find the one that says it's the full screen logo. Most likely will be way at the bottom with a number 33. Open that and write down the settings, especially the size. Compressed should be set to Yes.

Hit Esc to go back to the previous screen (no, you do not want to save if it asks). Make sure that module is selected then hit Del to delete it.

Now hit Ins to insert a new module. The name to enter is the name of your PCX file. When that's done , enter that module and toggle Compressed to yes. If the SIZE is larger than the original, it may not work, depending on how much (if any) free space there is in the BIOS.

Esc, SAVE then go back to the main screen and SAVE the BIOS.

Make sure you have a backup of the BIOS on the board and flash your edited one. If it works, Yay! If not, time to do a recovery.
