After, i installed the new one, the pc when turned on, starts to beep. 2 beeps then immediatly 6 beeps. <br><br>I tried the VGA, the RAM, the hard disk on another pc and they all worked. <br><br>Now I disconnected totally the motherboard from the case and only connecting the VGA, the Ram and the hard disk. I've picked up an ASRock K8ComboZ motherboard that supports AMD 64-bit processors, both 754- and 939-pin models.  I also got an AMD64 3000+ 939-pin CPU to go in it.  <br><br>I'll be swapping out the K7S5A Pro for the AMD 64 once I have my new HSF.  Don't worry though, the Pro is going to bump an older v3.1.
